BK-350S was developed for optimum rework of small device like mobile phone, navigation device whose PCB size is less than 210mm~261mm .
By removing expensive IR heaters which is not effective at small circuit board, price competitiveness improved. Rework station for small device of diffusion line was realized.

- Easily movable fixture does not need to separate PCB but enable work by soldering iron
4. BK-350S Temperature setting
- Basic temperature profiles are saved for user to change and utilize easily
- Easy change of profile name, target temperature, speed level of temperature increase, maintenance time after target temp
- Storage and backup of temperature profiles
5. BK-350S Working display
- Real-time display of working by temperature graphy with time
- Reat-time temperature display
- By external thermocouple, temperature graph at specific point can be verified.
- After setting finish, storage of temperature profiles in USB is available.
6. BK-350S suction pencil (to pick up desoldered parts)
- 64 kpa, 7L/min high capacity suction pump
7. BK-350S Upper and lower nozzles
- Permanent magnets were used for eaiser detachment and mounting
- According to various chip sizes, 10pcs of different free nozzles are supplied.
8. BK-350S Lighting
- Convenient observation of targeted chip by high brightness lithe LED lamp
- Red-light pointer to check center of chip (To adjust PCB fixture may make user more convenient)
